The location of the hotel was fantastic, within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. the rooms had been recently renovated and were very tidy, featuring cozy beds and ceiling windows. Just what we needed.

The room was stylish and newly remodeled with down pillows. The location was particularly good and incredible as it was a short walk to green trees along the canal, Teramachi, Kawaramachi, Sanjo Dori, and easily accessible to Keihan and Tozai train lines.

The place was pretty clean, the staff were attentive and super polite, and the beds were really spacious.
